We are looking for more like a senior developer who can manage our current projects (detailed below) and hire the right candidates to complete the task in time.
Project Description :
We are re-branding an online cart using open source code of Opencart.com, a CRM, using open source code of vTiger CRM. Both applications are PHP based. We need them to be re-arranged and modified plus integrated with new systems like web based accounting system, between them, dropbox etc. Exact project plan for each project will be provided to the right candidate after interview. Moreover, there is another project developed in cakePHP which is an online document management system. It is almost finished and need to further tune it till it is perfect.
The Candidate:
The candidate should be experienced in PHP – a super savvy PHP developer. He must have experience in cakePHP framework as well – one of our application for archiving documents online after scanning is built in cakePHP and need to finish it.
He should work extensive hours in start to finish these projects in given time line – which now is around a month and half.
He will have to either travel to Malaysia for two months only to complete work and go back be in-charge of our IT department or our staff will come down in Pakistan to assist him in getting the things done. He will have to find other staff to make things happen. He should be a result-oriented. The potential candidate should realize that it is not just a full-time job but also in future when he has developed these apps we will more than happy to offer him partnership or commission.
We will test the right candidate for 7 days by giving him a paid project to finish it in time. If he meets the deadline, we will decide during this period if he is coming Malaysia or one of our staffs is coming down in Pakistan to develop further. All flight tickets will be provided by the company.
